2 hours. This page will be updated with
further information as it becomes available.

Update 23:32 26/03/2009: A small number of
customers were affected today by a software
issue that resulted in IO being periodically
suspended to particular VPSes on one server. We
took the server offline for approximately an
hour this evening to resolve the issue, and at
this stage we don't believe it will reoccur. We
will be monitoring the situation closely over
the next 48 hours, and should we encounter any
further issues this page will be updated. All

customers continuing to experience problems

December 2008 |
| 2008-12-03 0200-0630 GMT+0900 |
All services experienced a partial outage this
morning due to mutiple equipment failure at a
network provider
upstream of us. Hardware failed at multiple
sites, leading to a longer than usual
restoration time. As far as we are aware, this
outage is unrelated to the power issues
experienced yesterday.
We believe services are now fully operational.
Any customers continuing to experience
difficulty should contact support.
|
| 2008-12-02 1200-2100 GMT+0900 |
A number of VPS customers have been affected by
two power failures at our primary datacentre.
The first failure occurred at 12pm due to a
fault introduced during a routine UPS service,
and the second occurred at 6pm following the
failure of a generator. Services were restored
by approximately 9:20pm following a move to a
different datacentre and should now be fully
operational.
Other customers will have been affected by the
issue described above, but to a lesser extent.
There was an outage of all other services for
approximately 20 minutes following each power
outage. Servers should now be fully
operational.
Update 10:34 03/12/2008: Replacement parts have
arrived for the faulty UPS, and the datacentre
expects to transition to normal operation within
the next hour.
