There is only one permission you can adjust for a Subversion user - whether the user can write to the repository or not. To change this value, login to the Mangement Interface.

Click on the blue 'Subversion Repositories' text, then find the repository you would like to adjust permissions on. Click 'Add/Remove Users' next to that repository.

Determine which user you would like to adjust privileges on, and click 'Adjust Write Privilege' next to that user. You should then be presented with a option to change the privilege; choose the appropriate value for this user (one of 'Read/Write' or 'Read-only').

Click 'Save changes'.

The user should now have the desired privileges.

Note that it may take several minutes for changes to take effect as our servers synchronise.
