This summary exists to explain our Terms of Service. • You can't use our services for illegal activities, or for hosting defamatory or abusive material. If you're not sure whether something you plan to host falls under illegal, defamatory or abusive, contact us and we can let you know.
• We may occasionally monitor any data you store on our servers to ensure that we are not storing illegal material. Any information obtained during this monitoring will be treated as strictly private and confidential.
• We guarantee that our services will be available for 99.9% of each month. If they are not, we will refund you any charges for that month.
• We may only disclose your information to our employees; our suppliers, if they require it to supply us; our professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, etc.); and government or regulatory authorities, if we are required to by law.
• We may only use information about you to verify your identity, and provide services to you.
